How to Perform Knee Across The Body?

  1. Lie down on flat surface of the floor.
  2. Keep your legs straight and expend your arms to your sides.
  3. This is your beginning position from here, bend and lower left leg to bring it across the body.
  4. Hold down the knee to the floor by using right hand.
  5. Your left arm should be placed comfortably beside you while your head should be in the left.
  6. Revert back to the initial position and do the same with the opposite side.
  7. Repeat as many times as you need.
