Latest Updates on NPC Men’s Classic Physique Rules and Regulations: Things You Need to know

As the largest amateur bodybuilding organization in the United States, the National Physique Committee (NPC) hosts a wide variety of competitions from local to national levels.

Today, the NPC has grown to become one of the most respected and recognized organizations in the sport of bodybuilding, and the NPC Men’s Physique Olympia is the most prestigious mens physique competition in the world.

The National Physique Committee is the only amateur organization recognized by the IFBB Professional League.

One of the reasons NPC is famous worldwide is its strict rules and mandatory regulations. The principles of all these rules and regulations are committed to promoting health and fitness through NPC competitions and programs.
